Ashly has seven years of law enforcement experience, five of which have been in the Executive Assistant role. She has a varied career that includes work in tiny non-profits to the largest consulting firm in the world. Her work experience includes research, project management, administration, and quite a bit in between (including having published articles in peer reviewed journals). She is a Colorado native, boy mom, and is married to her high school sweetheart.

I’ve had the opportunity to work at both the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and the Arvada Police Department. Outside of work, I stay busy keeping up with my two energetic kids and husband! We enjoy making the most of Colorado’s great outdoors. I’m deeply passionate about helping others and strive to make a positive impact every day—both at home and in my career.

Julie Watson-Ledbetter is a native Oklahoman and Cherokee citizen, with a passion for community nonprofit give-back. She has served on organization boards, spearheaded events and planning committees, have been involved as a volunteer leader/mentor with many youth organizations, and has held a variety of positions and roles throughout the past 25+ years years assisting agencies with capacity building and event planning. Julie is currently the Director of Development for Neighbors Building Neighborhoods, an agency whose goal and mission is to serve nonprofit organizations in Eastern Oklahoma with training, technical assistance and resources.

Clayton Tselee

Clayton Tselee is a Certified Prevention Specialist with Neighbors Building Neighborhoods, where he has served for the past five years overseeing the Community-Based Prevention Services grant for Muskogee, McIntosh, and Pittsburg Counties. In this role, he leads efforts to combat opioids, stimulants, and adult binge drinking through coalition building, media advocacy, social media engagement, training, and special events. With more than 15 years of prevention experience – including positions at the Indian Health Resource Center of Tulsa and the Tulsa Health Department – Clayton brings a deep understanding of the strategies to address substance use and abuse. Married to his amazing wife for 18 years, he is a proud dad to a son and daughter, now entering their junior and sophomore years of high school, both passionate golfers.

Kari A. Knutson, MA, is a professional speaker, therapist, and storyteller who takes psychology ‘off the couch’ and brings it to the people. She is an expert in the field of emotional intelligence and human development. Her speaking, training, and coaching work focuses on helping people transform their organizations through developing interpersonal skills and bridging cultural and communication divides.
In addition to training and coaching, Kari has a podcast called ‘Get Big Out Loud’ where she talks about applied psychology and explores the complex ride of life. She also performs in a laugh-out-loud storytelling show that she wrote and directed called, ‘Ain’t Never Met a Stranger’, which celebrates the power of human connection and the stories that unite us.
Kari lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, two children, two cats, and five very emotionally intelligent guinea pigs.

His passion and love for what he does is clear to all those who come in contact with him.
Jeff has worked with a variety of clients representing industries such as retail, state and local government, transportation, law enforcement, biotechnology, healthcare, gas and oil, real estate and defense. Currently, he leads Franklin Covey’s efforts in corrections, probation
and parole in a noble quest to change lives within prisons, jails and for those who have recently been released. He also works with various government
agencies and non-profit organizations. FranklinCovey has awarded Jeff the President’s Club award numerous times for outstanding achievement. He was the recipient of Franklin
Covey’s highest award – The Summit Award – for excellence.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Brigham Young University. He later graduated from the University of Utah with a Masters of Business Administration. In addition, Jeff loves the outdoors. He especially loves backpacking, fly fishing, and distance
running. Jeff, his wife Sally, and his four children
reside in Littleton, Colorado.
